Fill the Referrer Registration form for your Unique Referral Code.

How can I claim my reward?

This is the most exciting part of the program. We are giving you, not just 1 but 3 choices to enjoy your reward such as:

1. Gift Voucher – The Amazon Voucher will be shared to your registered email, or

2. THB Care Credit – Mobile App Wallet credit which you can use for payment in any of the THB Services using our Mobile application, or

3. Free Physiotherapy Session

Please note that equivalent rewards cost/benefits are based on the above referral reward table.

To claim your reward, just let us know the rewards of your choice by filling out the short Claim form below:

Terms and Conditions

1. The referee (friend of yours) must be a new customer.
2. Rewards will be processed within 3 working days after completing the Reward Claim Form.

3. This refer-a-friend program may be terminated by THB at any time.
